Ingedients:
- 2 boiled bananas and smashed (raw)
- green pease boiled and smashed
- 2 tbspn chopped cabbage
- 2 tbspn chopped capsicum
- 2 tbspn chopped fenugreek
- 1 tbspm chopped palak
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 tbpsn Green coriander finely choppes
- 2 chilly finely chopped
- pinch of turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspn Red chilly powder
- pinch of garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- Iceberg lettuce
- Tomatoe
- Shredded Cabbage
- Eglesss Mayonese
- Cheese slice
- Tamotoe sauce
- 1/4 cup Gram flour
- 1/4 cup Wheat flour
- 2 brown burger bread
- Oil to Fry
- Mix all the ingredients very well add coriander, chilli powder, garam masala and turmeric powder and salt.
- Bind it with gram and wheat flour.
- Make small tikkis and shallow fry it on medium flame.
- Remove it off the flame let it cool down.
- Grill the burger bread from both the sides.
- Apply mayonese on both slicesa dd lettuce tamotoe and cabbage.
- Place cheese slice add sauce on top of it.
- Add tikki on top of the sauce
- Repeat the previous procedure and put the other slice to close the burger
