Ingredients:
- 2 Potatoes boiled and smashed
- 1 cup Soaked poha ( rice flakes)
- 1 tbspn Ginger garlic paste
- 2 green chillies finely chopped.
- 1 cup rice flour to bind
- 4 tbspn Rice flakes
- Salt to taste
- Oil to fry
Preparation:
Bind all the ingedients together with rice flour.
Make small round pattice of it.
cover it with raw rice flakes and deep fry it until golden brown on medium flame.
Serve it hot with Tomatoe sauce and mint chutney.
